Saint Simon Parish School Named 2021 National Blue Ribbon School

The U.S. Secretary of Education, Miguel Cardona, today recognized Saint Simon Parish School as a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School. Saint Simon School received this distinguished award for being an “Exemplary High Performing School,” which means the achievement of the school’s students in English language arts and mathematics places the school in the top 15 percent in the nation.  Saint Simon Parish School is one of 50 private schools to receive the award in 2021, and this is the second time the school has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School.

“I am so proud of our students, faculty, and parents for all their hard work which resulted in our school receiving this honor,” said Ann Kozlovsky, principal of Saint Simon Parish School. “The last 18 months have been a difficult time during which our entire community has demonstrated incredible determination and resilience to provide an outstanding education for our children.”

“I would like to extend my congratulations to the entire Saint Simon Parish School community on this great achievement,” said Jennifer Beltramo, Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of San Jose.  “This recognition is well-deserved, as Saint Simon Parish School is a distinguished school that excels in teaching children intellectually, physically, and spiritually.”
